Quest Evening Primrose Oil capsules contain 1000mg of evening primrose oil providing a high strength 10% GLA content. GLA is an omega 6 essential fatty acid that must be obtained from the diet.

Recommended Dosage

Take one capsule two or three times daily with food, swallow with water.
